Als u grond- of bouwstoffen wenst te hergebruiken, dient u vaak een partijkeuring conform het Bestluit bodemkwaliteit uit te laten voeren. Dit wordt ook wel een AP04-onderzoek genoemd. Tijdens een dergelijke keuring wordt de mate van verontreiniging bepaald. Dit is namelijk cruciaal voor de afzetmogelijkheden van de grond. Met onze milieukundige begeleiding waarborgt u veiligheid en voorkomt u (verdere) bodemverontreiniging. Eén van de specialisaties van Amos Milieutechniek is asbestinventarisatie. In die rol brengen we aan het begin van het traject alle aanwezige asbest in de grond of het gebouw in kaart. We zijn een SCA gecertificeerd asbestinventarisatie bureau. Dat betekent dat we geen asbest mogen saneren. We geven een onafhankelijk advies, op welke manier de aanwezige asbest het best zou moeten worden gesaneerd. Hierbij kunnen we u helpen bij het zoeken naar erkende saneerders. Verder kunnen we toezicht houden op de uitvoering en het projectmanagement voor onze rekening nemen.
